These natural and handmade variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.
We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product received will be identical to photographs shown online.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be changed at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit quantities available to a person, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Panda House - Art & Living Studio may accept, decline, limit, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.
An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and we confirm acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to change or cancel an order after it has been accepted or entered processing.

Prices offered online may differ from prices available at our physical store, special events, third-party marketplaces, or promotional sales.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, payment, shipping, and account information. You also agree to update this information when necessary so that we can process your order and contact you.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that charges associated with your order will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing times and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
When tracking information shows that an order was delivered, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the applicable carrier if the package cannot be located.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Panda House - Art & Living Studio.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Panda House - Art & Living Studio, including injury, damage, loss, or disputes resulting from products or services purchased from us.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, OR CONTENT OR PRODUCTS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MAY BE POSSIBLE.
