Join Panda House Rewards for free and use your rewards online and in our store. Joining is optional and separate from subscribing to marketing messages.
Membership levels
- Member: join for free.
- VIP: reach $1,000 in lifetime spend and earn 5% store credit on eligible purchases after upgrading.
- VVIP: reach $2,000 in lifetime spend and earn 10% store credit on eligible purchases after upgrading.
Use the same email address for both online and in-store purchases. Just tell our staff your email at checkout, and we'll automatically add the order to your rewards account.
Earning rewards
Rewards are calculated on eligible merchandise amounts after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, gift card purchases, and amounts paid with store credit. The order that reaches an upgrade threshold qualifies you for the new level; rewards at the new level begin with your next order. Each eligible order receives its reward only once.
Rewards are automatically calculated and added to your account after each eligible order. Your store credit balance updates automatically in your customer account.
Using your store credit
There is no minimum purchase amount to redeem rewards. Sign in to your customer account to use available store credit online, or ask us to apply your available credit at checkout in store.
Each reward credit expires six months after it is issued. The expiry is set separately for each reward issuance, and the expiry date will be clearly provided when the reward is issued. This rewards expiry rule does not set an expiry for purchased gift cards or credit issued for returns.
You can choose whether to use your store credit at checkout. It will automatically apply the maximum available amount.
Returns
If an eligible purchase is refunded, the corresponding reward is reversed in proportion to the eligible amount refunded. If the available reward balance is insufficient, our team will review the adjustment.
