DIY Appointment Requests
For DIY appointment requests, please include your preferred date, preferred time, number of guests, and Regular or Premium option.

We’ll confirm your appointment by email. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive our reply.

Pickup Policy
Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” email.

Need more time? Email us at pandahouseluxurystore@gmail.com — we’re happy to hold your order a little longer when arranged in advance.

Orders not picked up within 7 days without prior arrangement may be canceled and refunded.
