Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next business day.

Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be noted on the product page or communicated to you.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states using USPS, UPS, or another tracked shipping carrier.

• Standard Shipping — $6.99: Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
• Fast Shipping — $16.99

Eligible U.S. orders of $80 or more receive free Standard Shipping. Available shipping options and eligibility are calculated at checkout.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates that it may have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include your order information and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Seattle studio. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.

Pickup Policy

Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” email.

Need more time? Email us at pandahouseluxurystore@gmail.com — we’re happy to hold your order a little longer when arranged in advance.

Orders not picked up within 7 days without prior arrangement may be canceled and refunded.
